@emsenn@kolektiva.social @rancholibertad@climatejustice.social As the middle aged, cis, hetero white guy I hesitate to put my oar in - I suspect Kate Raworth's take on different conceptions of 'human nature' is useful here. I agree about recognising structuration. I do believe that the (socio-)materiality of the communication media we use is also important. Every utterance has both social and material aspects as well as both social and material contexts - so our agency involves artful action in this complex space. Good luck!
