just played the worst gig of my life. were infront of the central train station for some victory day event. there's a stage with boring speeches, and two pavilions: one for beer and one for a really awful DJ. we were supposed to play two sets but like... nobody was there. like maybe 20people just standing there and a few tourists filming and this one annoying camera man getting right up my face. so like zero energy at all. also our percussionists didn't show up which also removed a lot of our energy. were just doing the bare minimum and waiting for this disaster to be over... I have a hard time playing coz my cheeks hurt from forcing myself not to laugh and I constantly have to stop coz it gets rly painful. I'm desociating at some place, barely aware of what I'm doing and just looking arround at the pedestrians and wondering how I ended up here with my life
