@shanselman@hachyderm.io His academic achievements are also questionable — he may not have received degrees he may have lied about earning. This is one of the reasons he tried to exit the purchase agreement for Twitter once Twitter filed suit against him in Delaware where Twitter has been incorporated. It may also be why he wanted to move incorporation from Delaware, so that shareholders would have more difficulty suing him for misrepresentations. (Delaware's chancery court doesn't fuck around.)
