Scammers use obviously stupid claims to weed out anyone too smart to fall for the scam, "Hello, I am a Nigerian Prince…" Politicians use dog-whistle racism to achieve something similar, only they are weeding out those with empathy for others. Their goal is to attract people open to easy manipulation through their fear and loathing of 'The Other'. Conclusion: Racism is a security hole in human consciousness. #uspol #HumanCondition
