@adamsdesk@fosstodon.org @OpenMediaOrg@mastodon.social @controlc@mstdn.ca About a month ago, my bank (I do not have an email or phone number on file) sent me a letter telling me they're mandating a cell phone number for SMS as a 2FA option. No they don't support TOTP. Why is my service becoming less secure? This is Scotia Bank btw. Anywhere works there or can fight this, please lmk!
