Question(s) for anyone who knows barefoot shoes. Right now, I'm in Merrell Vapor Glove 6, men's U.S. size 10.  The right one fits what-feels-like-about-perfect.  My fifth metatarsal is slammed against the inside of the left shoe, though.  So, AFAICT, the fitment issue is actually not with the width of the toe box but behind that.  I'm almost certain that going from 10 to 10.5 would fix the problem with the left foot, but also that that would be too big on the right.
