@theautisticcoach@neurodifferent.me As a very probable AuDHD in queue for formal (very late) assessment it's baffling at the moment what are / will be reasonable boundaries when for over 50 years I've been very hard trying to adapt to the world that is not physically or socially or cognitively built for my nervous system and I'm the one who has always needed to bend over and adapt. It's a very narrow line I've learned to walk not being enogh or being too much.
