Do you believe you have good reasons for thinking so?
I would be interested in seeing you lay out what convinced you. It seems to me that the only thing these calls for violence have in common is just that: they are calls to violence. How can you possibly draw any parallels beyond that without completely minimizing how unprecedented a situation it is we find ourselves in?

Because we do the same thing when we're trying to mess with other countries. Create division and infighting by playing both sides. Create fear so people won't act. Goad the extremists into violence. If the people are susceptible to being manipulated, they'll do all the work for you. You won't even hardly need boots on the ground. Putin's still mad about the collapse of the Soviet union. He would love to see that happen to the US.
