@pixelfed@mastodon.social I found no official Meta rule banning Pixelfed or links to rival platforms. Reports from 404 Media, Engadget and Daring Fireball say Meta/Facebook removed some pixelfed.social links as “spam” in 2025; Engadget reports Meta later called that removal a mistake. The relevant official rules are Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Meta’s Spam/Inauthentic Behavior policies against spam, scams, and artificially boosting likes, follows, shares, reach, or engagement. Let go!
