But also: what would we be monitoring? I don't think the surface changes all that much. 🙂 Given that we can see about 59% of the moon's surface from Earth, I think you'd only need to cover the dark side to have good continuous imaging.

@tedmielczarek@mastodon.social First of all, sir, a live view of the moon?! But, secondly, there impacts fairly often. And we sometime capture some blurry images of them. I would like very high quality video of all of them because… I also want to know what is going on there all the time? Surely there is a party there now and then?
