@irina@critter.cafe @FurryBeta@shark.community this is actually subjective, its what prompted me to make the pol. That there is no standard about where 12 am and 12 pm should hall in the day

    @tretron@bark.lgbt if there's some confusion if 00:00 or 12:00 (24hr) is "12am", it's resolved as soon as it hits 00:00:00.01 (12:00:0.01 am) or 12:00:00.01pm - for every use case where it's not important enough to use 24hr or UTC, you treat 12:00:00 the same as 12:00:01 - it's pm this is primary school stuff in countries that use am/pm, so looking it up I'm surprised the US government standard was backwards for so long (2008!), but it seems like at least governments are all on the same page now
