Your point absolutely coheres with mine and my experience. Was it my mention of Tumblr and LJ that clutters up my point? Absolutely agree it was an emergent function in the absence of the usual agenda setters.

@cendawanita@mefi.social perhaps it’s too many points in one toot? 1. Algorithms vs. human curation 2. Tumblr & LJ 3. TERFs 3. Millennials and Gen Z and Alphas intellect 4. Validity of sources. There’s a lot going on, so difficult to infer the alignment IMO.
