Australia's Central Bank has just hit consumers again with an interest rate hike - on top of the fuel price hike they are all having to adjust to the copnsequences of. The ABC News Headline of the story says "The RBA is risking a recession by raising interest rates but feels there's nothing else it can do" I say the reason it feels there is nothing else to do is that it is reading from the wrong economic textbook.
