What's the main notation you're used to (from school or work) when you're transforming equations? x - 1 = 0 ⇒ x = 1 x - 1 = 0 ⇔ x = 1 x - 1 = 0 so x = 1 x - 1 = 0 x = 1 Please reply if you use something else!
