I know some people aren't going to like this and either respond negatively or block, which is fine. I debated posting these, which are really notes turned into posts about the month I spent diving into agentic frameworks or multi-agent harnesses or 10xtown or whatever people are calling it this week in order to really understand what a lot of people are spending a lot of time in. There were successes, there were frustrations, but all in all, it was interesting, and all with the idea of making it more personal, rather than a disembodied chat window. More success than not, I'd say. The pace of AI development is moving faster than most can track, it’s difficult to know what to use, and while everyone understands a chat interface, I think a lot of people are getting left behind w/r/t the emergent multi-agent workflow systems. To navigate this transition, I have started a new project exploring the Human 3.0 framework. Human 3.0 is a philosophy developed by Daniel Miessler that focuses on a human-first approach to technology.
