Job mills (mortal and software) have devalued the resume so profoundly that it is no longer a functional part of the job process (and don't even think about the online dating mills, it's too much). Soon there will only be one factor that leads to employment, who you know.

@onan@dobbs.town at almost 50 I have no ‘hope’ of finding another job, only to lean into the one I have and ‘hope’ more. On the other side is ‘Bob’ and salvation, on July 5!
