@claudius@darmstadt.social @ascherbaum@mastodon.social I rarely need an ethernet port on the go (and if I do: 100g port-replicator). On my desk I have a TB4-dock, with all the stationary periphery I need with just one cable. And it works with my personal Thinkpad and the work Macbook (and even a MacMini M4). Actually one of the reasons, why I replaced my X250 was the missing Thunderbolt/USB-C. I always had to plug in the charger, ethernet, MiniDP, USB-hub... I really don't miss that.
