@odoruhako@mastodon.social P.S.: The ultimate explanation is, of course, political: limited ressources, i.e. lack of state subsidies, have forced national railways companies to prioritize. SNCF clearly did not modernize enough its online system, it's even getting worse and more bureaucratic.In Germany, the online system of Deutsche Bahn is much better,but trains are running late more often than not because of a lack of investment in infrastructure.Small countries (Switzerland, Austria, Netherland...) do better.
