@skribe@aus.social Yes-ish, you will still need to input your LUKS password and such. But that's more a guess since I have never really messed with encryption. Also the live image should be one with a prepared desktop and such, unless you really wanna work on a tty but I imagine gentoo and archlinux wiki has a page on those.
