Too many people in here are perfectly fine with all movement outside of their home being ID'd, documented and monitored. A plate on a bike does absolutely nothing to make the road safer. It just normalizes the "safety" of constant surveillance by your benevolent overlords. Put normal regulations on e bike performance and build bike safe infrastructure. "It would be too dangerous to chase them"... get on your own bike you fat lazy pig.
