@Willow@chaosfem.tw I started at 24 so not perimenopausal but I did get an increase in body hair (I already had some chin hairs from a natural hormonal imbalance, going on T turned it from a few hairs on one side of my chin to small patches on either side of my chin and small sparse patches close to my ears/cheeks). I am unsure if it affected my periods since I am also taking progestin to stop them, although I did run out of progestin for a few days and had a very heavy period for 5 days. If it matters I am on 2 pumps of gel and my levels are around 350 (I forget the unit of measurement but towards the low end for a cis male). It did also cause some vaginal atrophy; I used to be able to get a Pap smear relatively comfortably (the speculum didn’t hurt, the only part that hurt was actually collecting the cells from the cervix) and I recently went to get an IUD and the speculum hurt a lot, even the smallest size. So I would recommend paying attention to the pelvic floor flexibility changes because if it gets uncomfortable they can prescribe low dose vaginal estrogen to help stop the atrophy if needed. I love how my voice has dropped, it’s deeper but I definitely still sound like myself. Let me know if there are any more specific questions I can answer lol
