Hot flashes. =( They didn't go away. They're *better* but I now get prickly heat along with them. My doctor (also trans) was too young to have experienced peri so he didn't know that T doesn't clear the symptoms of peri. I've read that it may go away further in but there's zero medical literature on it so who knows?
Vaginal atrophy ...

@Willow@chaosfem.tw ... is uncomfy. Estrogen cream took care of that, but it's one more thing to stay on top of. ADHD is sooooooooo much worse. I expected most of the downsides but holy cow that one took me by surprise. I don't know if it's the increased energy or my brain/body metabolizing things differently but I went from a little focus to none at all. Again: I love T. It's been a wildly affirming experience and I'm so much happier now. My only regret is I waited 25 years!
