@Willow@chaosfem.tw 2.5 years on T, started 6 years into perimenopause at 45. I take a lower dose than a trans man (60mg every nine-ish days) because I'm non-binary and didn't like how I felt at larger doses.
biggest takeaway: I love T. I love how I look, how I feel. I love my new voice, and all the extra hair. I look in the mirror and just grin at myself.
My periods stopped immediately (thank the gods) and the PMDD I suffered from most of my life is gone. After a month I ...

@Willow@chaosfem.tw ... I stopped dealing with the severe depression that chased me most of my life. It improved the issues I had with chronic fatigue, I went from being severely disabled to moderately. Overall it's been an extremely positive experience and I wouldn't change it for the world. It's not all roses, on the flip side: My libido increased for a bit and then went right back into the asexual range. Peri killed my libido and T hasn't raised it as much as I'd hoped.
