@Willow@chaosfem.tw I was in my 30s when I started and I have been on for nine years now. I started and continue to take a "typical" dose of injection T.
I was warned that my periods might not stop right away but mine sure did. I felt pretty elated from the first day I started it but I think that was (mostly) psychological. My voice started dropping in a few months, mostly I started losing my upper range but I practised a lot of singing at the time in order to feel out my voice changes and I was able to start going fairly low from quite early, it just wasn't the most reliable to start. The hardest part was finding my "mixed voice" where you use head + chest, but learning to resonate in my chest was a lot of fun.
My sex drive was pretty high to start with but having been depressed for a while it did noticeably go up. I didn't find that hard to deal with though.
A little bit of acne, that went away after a few years.
I just started feeling... better, mentally. That's continued.

@Willow@chaosfem.tw Also I did in the first few months or so start getting some bottom growth but I never did get very much, also I was pretty small to start with. I never had some of the problems other folks on T can get where it sticks out and maybe you get some chafing, but that's not unusual for folks to have a problem with penises too, is my understanding. It became more sensitive and I would get distinct "hard on" tingling sensations at various stimuli, usually something that made me think of something sexual but also sometimes intense adrenaline? So.
