I do not sing with people for scheduling reasons. I did keep up with vocal agility exercises from when I did, but I definitely still had some losses. For the first year or so I would get stuck flipping out of head voice (it's better now but not amazing or consistent roughly 4 years in). I've fully stopped having breaks when I sing now but still experience them when speaking.
I've lost my ear for my own voice, but again that's a matter of retraining that I haven't done.
I have also heard of people who maintained their soprano through transition but it was done with a vocal coach so ymmv.
