I think there might be a compound from my PhD work that this happened with. I made multigram quantities of X-ray quality crystals and then… just… couldn’t ever again. It was bruuuuutal

@idlestate@toot.cat I feel like we might have read each others grad work. I made a bunch of salophens as well! Same pivot! And to Al instead of Cr. Made [(salophen)Al]+[Co(CO)4]- salts for carbonylation catalysis…
