Managed some reading in bed. Then Garlic made a pain of herself trying to insert herself, very deliberately, between me and the book, after it became clear that I wasn't going to follow her when she got up. Unfortunately, she was enough of a pain that I decided to read to the end of that section, and then stop. But before I did, she requested to go under the covers. So here we are.
