@PlaneSailingGames@chirp.enworld.org related, on iOS, I don’t think I’ve ever seen my phone _not_ “syncing paused to save battery”. So frustrating.
Typical is to come home from taking pictures somewhere, and Mac is not up to date. Take out iPhone with 80% battery, on my home WiFi. Syncing paused.. 🤦♂️

@rconti@c.im gosh yes, seen that too. Is frustrating because for years they had a paternalistic “we will manage sync, don’t you worry” and then finally they added a “sync now” option… and then they took it away!
