It's everyone every time not just those that seldom do it. It sounds like a champagne cork popping while a goat bleats into a megaphone. If you're wondering why you haven't heard it yet it's because it's like your nose in the edge of your vision, once someone points it out your brain doesn't filter it anymore. At least for a little while.
