As a man, and an ADHD-head, I find myself explaining stuff a lot, not because I don't believe the woman is not smart enough or anything, my brain is like "YES I KNOW THIS ONE!! let's GO!)
however, in practice I learned that it doesn't matter the difference. If I ADHD-Splain at a woman it's man-splaining regardless of my intent. That one took me a long time to learn. Shut up brain.
