@AndresFreundTec@mastodon.social a non reduced testcase is the best when it comes to inlining heurstics. Especially when it comes to static predictors and all.

@pinskia@hachyderm.io It's definitely some size heuristic - if the version of pg_get_ticks() that uses rdtsc is used the problem doesn't happen.
