@gsuberland@chaos.social @tnt@chaos.social I also had similar back in 2024 with a FedEx LCSC delivery. I eventually got a credit note after 2 months of pointing out the fee was listed under "Charges billed to shipper" (when viewed online) and I was the consignee.
