@ic5146@meow.social As somebody in the US, I absolutely agree that imperial system measurements are bad. Also, I did not know cups were different between the US and UK, that's horrendous lmao

@ColorfulCeleste@bark.lgbt apparently, according to @CheetahFluff@nyan.network, they're different in most commonwealth/ex-commonwealth countries so a US cup is different to a UK cup which is different to a Jamaican cup for example (not sure it actually is different but yeah)
