@matt@oliphaunt.social @MiriShuli@mstdn.social @Pope@mstdn.social But see, you give yourself away with “can’t handle criticism.” Your expectation is that faced with obnoxiousness — say, the sort of self-serious white person who routinely calls other white people white as an insult, or the accusation of “colonizing social media” — people will thank-you-sir-may-I-have-another. I’m laughing in your face instead. I am handling criticism - just not the way you feel entitled to be handled.

I already said it’s fine that you don’t like the type of criticism you get here. And yes, you’re handling that criticism the way you want. And I’m telling you that your method makes you look foolish (which has nothing to do with how *I* feel entitled to be handled, whatever you think that means) and suggesting you commit to the method you already mentioned.
