I don’t know how many people on here know about Fredrick Brennan.
After scripting 8chan as a teenager, he denounced Qanon and became a typedesigner.
He worked for Font Forge for a while and started his own modular font editor Q later K.

He also “reverse engineered” HOI (Higher Order Interpolation) by @underware.
He died on 10th of January. #RIP

@eWalthert@typo.social @underware@typo.social I had a brief interaction with him on Twitter a few years ago about licensing models in the gaming industry, which I found quite insightful. After that, I read about his path into type design, the most unexpected biography imaginable. Rest in peace, Fredrick!
