@webhat@infosec.exchange I really wanted there to be a form to fill out to specify what was lost, when, on what train etc.. Having to call and wait 15 minutes before having to spell the brand name of my gloves to someone on a low-quality phone call may even have reduced my chances because I got home before the train arrived at its final destination. But by the time the call was through, there's no telling where the train was.
