Also, when I lost a glove recently, I directly called the customer hotline, and they noted the train number and where on the train it was etc., and told me they'd look for it directly.
...unfortunately without success, but you never know.

@Mr_Teatime@social.tchncs.de I didn't call NS immediately, that was probably my mistake. I'm looking on the site at least 100 times a day, that's how I know that this site wasn't made for finding lost stuff I don't believe that anyone who has ever lost stuff with NS was involved with creating this site. I don't need to see everything, just the stuff that's changed between the last time I looked and now
