Rimworld.
It's on my list of games to play and steam will recommend it at least once a day but I just haven't purchased it yet.

For me, it needs to go on an actual sale. I feel like it's never really gone on sale, or at least not a relatively good one. Like it's always been at least $30+, and I'd like to get it for at most $20.
