Oh yea, I use that and others such as Nir Sofers tools (those are some that everyone should have). Surprisingly msconfig does a pretty good job these days. I also use Startup Delayer on all machines I build. It makes it easier for the average person to see most of what's going to startup, and to disable it without deleting.
