@robinshipton@writing.exchange @matunos@mastodon.social To me, it reads as a deliberately provocative tweet, deliberately going close to the line, constructing a hostile "us vs them" narrative, and written in a way that was designed to be easy to misunderstand.
It shouldn't have been deleted, but it's easy to see why it was, and everyone getting angry about it being deleted is looking for an excuse to express anger they already feel.

Telling POC they cannot reference the “us vs. them” constructed by white people vs. POC is tone policing people’s own criticism and resistance against the unwanted position of “them” that they’ve been assigned, often violently. Don’t do that, okay? And no, “white people who control the world” is not at all an antisemitism analogy, it’s plain description.
