@djwfyi@vmst.io I've been having more problems with telehealth than I was years ago. Problems like yours, or not getting the link at all, or the doctor not figuring out how to use it.
Enshittification came at this fast

@giflian@techhub.social This one is weird because you can't get into anything until the doctor sends the link when they are ready for you. Which my doctor tends to run late, especially in the afternoons. Every other platform I've used lets the patient sign into a waiting room so at least I know my part is done. But not this one. I just have to wait around at my device and make sure I look at the right place at the right time and all the things that can happen between sending and receiving a message play nicely to make it work. The doctor was 25 minutes late today.
