@rubdos@mastodon.social I would also like to mention Yottagram! To my knowledge, currently only native messaging app which have functioning voice call. Also I think it is quite equal in feature wise to the native app minus the video call. Including all emojis, reactions and ”small” stuff.
My favorite and most used apps are Whisperfish, Yottagram, Tooter, Dee (lemmy client), Quickddit, FoilAuth and Bitsailor. Of course I have found other stunning apps also, like Petals, ColorTubes and CountryQuiz.

@Antti98@mastodon.social Ah I cannot in good faith recommend Telegram, but it's really cool that it's got voice calls! Still hoping that I get it in Whisperfish sooner rather than later :)
