@chrastecky@phpc.social @rubdos@mastodon.social can't recommend BitSailor because it installs the bitwarden CLI from npm (it asks the user for confirmation first) and I don't trust npm packages nowadays (well, maybe I never did...). Can't promise anything, but I would like to write one wrapping `rbw` as Dee showed me the way to use Rust libraries 🙂

@ilpianista@functional.cafe @rubdos@mastodon.social The whole point of BitSailor is to use the official Bitwarden CLI because then you get the same level of security as with official Bitwarden apps. Using Rust libraries is not the hard thing here. I'm fine with providing rbw as an alternative backend when (if) I have the time to do that, but it will never be the default simply because it's not official.
