I have been reading full scale resistance. And other ways. I try not to spend on just ‘ stuff’ of for the sake of it. I have very few subscriptions. (Vpn tor etc only). For products I try to thrift/repair etc. I advocate for feeling happy and positive. We don’t have to feel powerless, we are not. Empower others. It’s not a lot but I’m growing.
