I'm officially giving up on #meshcore #LoRa - I find things so flaky and frustrating

@cymplecy@fosstodon.org the whole idea of doing mesh is to... Put an antena on the roof, set it up and forget about it. Before you know it there will be more around you in the region. And in case of some disaster, who knows, it could be helpful (but doubtful due to many limitations). Due to bandwith limitation it will never be any sort of replacement of internet in normal working society on large scale, more like fun toy to learn stuff and maybe useful in some edge case disasters.
