When this happens, and you press the CAPS LOCK on your keyboard, does that little light turn on?
If not, the system has completely frozen and it could be a lot of things.
If they do come on, the system is still working but the videocard has failed. In that event check that the powercables to the videocard are still properly plugged in.
Also, can you (safely) take the side panel of the PC and see if the issue still happens? So before turning the PC on remove the panel

@Aprazeth i don't have a keyboard with lights, cant test the caps lock And i don't know if i can take the sidepannel off, i bought it completed from a former classmate. Never tried to take it appart :neofox_0_0:
