They claim the replacement book shipped, but it never got here. “We think it was either lost or damaged in transit between the warehouse and courier. We have no influence over a package once it reaches this point.” They're going to ship me a THIRD book (I had to agree to return the lost one if it comes). I should've just went to B&N and bought it in person. This company is complete amateur hour. #Bookstodon
