* If I say "product team" to you, what kind of roles does that include?
* Not enough ux resources/people.
* Distributed teams are not the solution to bad colocated environments.
* When you say the "timeline doesn't allow" usability testing, what I hear is "We have decided not to care about shipping stuff that doesn’t work"
* It’s better to have the structure of the product teams reflect the strategy deployment around the product. (2/3)

Use your company's channels to market. * "Why are people avoiding hiring more researchers?"" is a good research question. * Asking "How do I get people to use our design system?" is a pretty solid signal for not actually having a design system.
