@kelvin0mql Definitely part of it is the focus on short wealth extraction (not really profits though, but rather the exit price). But also, my sense is VCs find workers to be _distasteful_. Wrote about this here: https://codewithoutrules.com/2018/11/09/the-cold-incubator/
