@noodlemaz @binford2k One way is to simply declare them "outlaw" in the old sense of the word: outside the protection of any and all law. The rest will take care of itself. The reason for opposing the death penalty under normal circumstances is that courts cannot be trusted to determine guilt from innocence and cannot be trusted with such power. At Nuremburg, the tribunal was disbanded when their work was done, preventing them from starting in on anyone else like normal courts might do. There was also no question whatsoever of guilt or innocence.
